2023 BOB AND SHIRLEY MURRAY COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS AWARD

VicParks CEO Scott Parker congratulated Amberlee Family Holidays and the Neary family for winning the 2023 Bob and Shirley Murray Community Partnerships Award.

“The VicParks Awards allow us to recognise excellence and achievement across our member parks and the dedicated and hard-working people like the Neary family who strive to provide the best possible holiday and residential lifestyle experiences,” Scott said.

The awards were presented at a gala dinner following the 2023 VicParks Conference, which brought together more than 260 delegates and exhibitors in Ballarat from 14 to 16 August with a packed three-day program of thought-provoking guest speakers and networking opportunities.

“The 11 awards recognise the achievement and resilience of outstanding individuals and teams who innovative and evolve for the benefit of the holidaying public, residents and site tenants, the wider caravan park industry and the communities they are part of,” Scott said.

“This is particularly so for the Neary family and Amberlee Family Holidays, recognised for contribution to their community through their partnership with the Lighthouse Foundation and tackling youth homelessness on the Mornington Peninsula.”
