Costs Involved:
Your purchase the holiday home and it is yours; you pay an annual site fee to keep it on our land. Homes that meet Rental Pool standard can vary in price from $150,000 – $350,000.
The holiday home you purchase to go in our rental pool it needs to be modern, spacious and of high quality and meet current standards. Amberlee only offers high quality, modern, guest accommodation for holiday rentals.
The annual fees range from $1000 to $1150 per month, depending on the size and location of the site. Electricity and gas usage is charged along with supply charges. The only other expense envisaged is the maintenance of your holiday home.
The annual fee covers usage and maintenance of the pools, playgrounds, roads, boom gates, grounds, security and much more.
Rental Contract, Charges and Return:
You would need to speak to us about your rental pool agreement as each one is individualised.
Rental pool gives the home owner/Amberlee a 50/50 return (minus GST) on the nightly rate. Accommodation rates are established internally based on comparative prices locally and internally.
Each year the owner is given the option to continue in rental pool, with a report issued of any maintenance required, increase in standards or regulations that need to be met.
