How it works
Whether you’re looking for a caravan, annex or cabin, we have plenty of options for you here at Amberlee. Holiday Caravans start between $10,000 – $30,000, Holiday Cabins range between $50,000 – $200,000 and Holiday Homes range between $200, 000 – $350,000. Electricity, gas and annual fees* are all you need to pay for your home away from home and allow us to maintain and improve Amberlee’s swimming pools, playgrounds, roads, boom gates, grounds, security, and so much more.
*Annual fees range between $1000 – $1150 per month, depending on the size and location of the site.

When you choose to purchase a holiday home at Amberlee, you’ll gain access to our sporting and leisure facilities all year round (and any guests you welcome into your home will gain full access, too). Your only job? To come and visit your home every time you need a break. We’ll take care of the upkeep, maintenance and nitty gritty, while you’ll get to kick back and relax.
