What costs are involved:

You purchase a holiday home to go in our rental pool it needs to be modern spacious and of high quality. We do not offer the public accommodation low quality holiday homes. When available a family holiday home would be valued at around $100,000. New modern three-bedroom homes range from 280,000.00 to – 400,000.00.

The annual fees range from $880.00 to $950.00 per month, depending on the size and location of the site. Electricity and gas use is charged as per usage. The only other expense envisaged is the maintenance of your holiday home.

The annual fee like a Body Corporate fee covers usage and maintenance of the pools, playgrounds, roads, boom gates, grounds, security and much more. You would need to speak to us about the rental pool agreement and profit sharing, as this depends largely on, type of holiday home and time in pool.
