What costs are involved:
You purchase a cabin to go in our rental pool it needs to be of high quality. We do not offer the public accommodation low quality units. When available a family unit would be valued at around $100,000. Modern three-bedroom cabins range from 150,000.00 to – 200,000.00.
The annual fees range from $700.00 to $950.00 per month, depending on the size and location of the site. Electricity & gas use as charged as per usage. The only other expense envisaged is maintenance of your unit.
The annual fee (not unlike a Body Corporate fee) covers usage and maintenance of the pools, playgrounds, roads, boom gates, grounds, security and much more. You would need to speak to us about the rental pool agreement and rent sharing, as this depends largely on, type of cabin and time in pool.
