Charlie Schwerkolt opened the Charlie’s Arthurs Seat Auto Museum back in 1988. At the time he only had a few cars and signs on display… well, welcome to today!

The museum is much larger and houses a unique collection of over 80 motor vehicles – including V8 Supercars and microcars, motorcycles, scooters, memorabilia, thousands of model cars and automobile paraphernalia from eras spanning over years, as well as model planes and ships made from recycled aluminium drink cans.

There is a cafe, as well as a grassed area out front of the museum which is perfect for sitting down for a family picnic. There are also BBQ facilities available.

Charlie’s Museum is only 1.5km from the summit of Arthurs Seat on the Mornington Peninsula and a fun place to spend the day.
